I have been a long time customer of Vbuzzer and they had this feature where I can login from my PAP2, my soft phone, my cell phone soft phone and when someone called all phones were ringing.
I moved to dellvoice thinking that that's a default feature you get when you are on VOIP. But to my surprise I was not able to operate my phone that way ... and for me that's an issue ... because I was using my phone number as a business number and when people were calling I was able to answer.
No I use the forward feature to have my PAP2 ring in the same time with my cellphone ... but that's not working properly ... and I get a lot of miss calls because of this.
I'm just curious is there in plan to enable multiple logins anytime in the future?
Multiple Logins
Re: Multiple Logins
This is probably the only let down from Fongo/DV, and it has been brought up many times before but I don't recall FONGO ever saying that they had plans to add it any time soon. Simultaneous ringing has been a MASSIVE jump forward for them
There are ways around it though, but they all involve using 3rd party software and/or sites. If you are interested in using a 3rd party then I could probably dig up the thread for you to try.

Re: Multiple Logins
I will certainly pass this suggestion through the team to consider for the future

For sure this feature will make a lot of people to switch to DellVoice
