app screen size

The size of the DellVoice app on my Galaxy Note screen is tiny - can barely use the dial pad with my average-size fingers. Granted the Note has a large screen, but is it possible to have the app 'scaled' to the device's screen?

Sorry if this has already been addressed. I tried to search the forum database, without success.
