is it possible to adjust the voice mail answering option to allow the caller to press any number from 0-9 to open the fax port on the fpl number, to allow sending faxes easily.

Unfortunately the voicemail IVR must remain as it is - as we don't support the faxing abilities, we are unable to make any service changes for their operation. You mean the voicemail will also automatically pickup faxes too?? Nice!! All FPL needs now is an OUTGOING FAX SERVER... Sending outgoing faxes directly to a fax machine ....e.g. 14161234567@FPLfax.ca !!!

would this work by upload via browser, or through an ATA? My preference: web interface.
