I have got an email asking to update my address (for 911). I logged in and updated it and I have received a bill for SIP settings $50+tax.
I have had this SIP configuration for more then a year and already paid for it. Can someone clarify that for me please?
Updated info and received a bill...

If you can PM me your info I can see why/how that would have happened. It wouldn't be a new invoice, I'm guessing it re-sent your old one for some reason. I'll have things cleared up for you.

I've changed my info completely (other name and address) as I'm in a "situation" for number porting (cannot port here so someone allows me to port a Ident-A-Call ftom her phone being in a region that can port). I've received an email too saying the info don't match your files and if not updated by April 26th FPL will automatically update to best of their knowledge.

callopsitte_himself, if you can fire me a PM with your freephoneline number I can find out what the mis-match is.
Most of the time it's postal code (ie. I enter my city as Toronto, but according to my postal code I reside in Scarborough). When it comes to e911, everything needs to line up 100% based on correct geography or we get asked by our e911 provider to check our records.
