I got a new one for FPL to add to the list. 613-710-XXXX.
This number is local to Ottawa.

I get the "balance message"

I know for certain that this one is an almost brand-spanking new exchange. I do not have the exact inservice date on it, but I am aware that it is slathered heavily in new-car smell.

It is not letting me call myself again @ 613-710-xxxx "Your Account Balance Is Insufficient At This Time"

I just got off the phone with tech (5 Min.) and he couldn't see the problem in the system and it should be good to go, so I did a three-way with him to my cell and what do you know it said... "Your Account Balance Is Insufficient At This Time".

Plugged this RIGHT NOW thru the RateLookUp tool and it coming back at $0.02 again, not FREE.

I would PM Steve ... and suggest escalating this, as it seems to be auto-self-destructing after being fixed. Something in the automatic tariff update is broken and resetting this after it is manually corrected, IMHO, from the sounds of it and the prior diagnosis.

Darn those Mobilicity (aka DAVE wireless) #'s ... ;-)

Hopefully Steve can beat the gremlins out of the system this time!
