Sometimes this problem has been reported here, and then fixed itself magically a day or so later.

You can PM fongo_steve or fongo_mike and ask them to look into your account. Mention your account number and a link to this thread when you do.

Support is frustrating now....

... what support?

It is getting to be a running joke at this point, with the refusals, referrals and outright HANG UPS. They are a step away from "just go ahead and shut down the number" ... !!! I mean, at least they could just dump the poor user into an endless voicemail loop to piss them off, rather than just refusing to help!

I have similiar situation. My number was ported 3 days ago from Cogeco. Now all my incoming calls go directly to fpl voicemail. My phones are not ringing at all. Also, all my phones have no dial tone. Only the one phone connected to the ATA can make outbound call. I tried to bypass the router and plugged directly to my modem still makes no difference. I have spent a lot of times trying to resolve the problems but no luck. I cannot get any technical support from the telephone help line. If anyone has answer to my problems please help!

I'd just like to clarify this as I believe the wording used by some posters is causing some confusion. When some products are selected on our phone IVR, a message is played to direct customers to the correct support channels for the selected product and then after a couple seconds the call disconnects. I think the message might be being misinterpreted by some who are thinking they're still going to get a live person after the message, but then the call disconnects and they think they were directed to someone who hung up on them.
