Follow Me settings Now only show Disabled

Not sure when this stopped working perhaps during the last few days, or sooner hard to know.

Is anyone else follow me settings suddenly showing disabled and there is no way to enable and add a forwarding number?

It may or may not be related but I also did not receive the recent update notification and noticed that the send to email address had been defaulted BACK to the Original email / login used to create the account. So I changed the account to my current email address which is nice that they added this option, However....

Yes, I can confirm that mine was set to disabled and I cannot enable it at all.

Actually, at 4:27 PM I got a call that rang on my cell because it was forwarded
by the follow-me settings which ARE ON even though they show DISABLED. My
ATA PHONE DOES NOT RING AT ALL.

This happened 4X as the caller called repeatedly. (The call wasn't for me so I did not answer it.)

Experiencing same issue. On my account it was enabled however it is showing as "Disabled" on FollowMe settings page.
Follow me is working as it was set before but I can't change its settings now. If I press submit on Disabled as selection it shows an error page

Same here. Deleted my Follow Me numbers a few days ago before my number was ported. Now I can't a Follow Me number back.

Same thing is happening to me as well...can't enable follow me and it will always default to disabled...I wonder if this has to do with their current maintenance

Anybody get this sorted out yet? I can't login via android app, nor can i enable the follow me service. Click submit, says it has been saved, and goes back to "disabled".

FWIW, i signed up and bought SIP when it was dell voice. Recently purchased number port (just waiting for port to complete)

It should be fixed now. I can change it both online in my FPL admin, and through my DV app.

When was the last time you tested it as I am sure it was fixed yesterday sometime.

I can't change it online. When I enable it, I get message Follow me settings updated, however it still stays at "Disabled"

So in spite of that logged in again to check

The follow me settings are back, and we now have the added option for 8 (back again) and 12 (new) rings to try before going to next number or voicemail.

So will have to test this out later

Well I can change the number but the max rings is 6 even though you can set 8 and 12

I don't see the option for follow me number but can enable or disable the follow me settings.

It is resolved. I am able to edit the numbers as well
