"Dead Air" on outgoing calls
"Dead Air" on outgoing calls
HELP, since the upgrade that was done I can receive calls in no problem but get "dead air" when I call out. the others hear it ring and when they pick up I can not hear them. I have an ATA that was sent to me with free phone line services when I registered 1 1/2 years ago and it was pre programmed. I do not know how to access or fix problem since this last update. I have disconnected from power and router to "RESET" but this hasn't helped. Please help me as I now do not have a working home phone and since this has gone on for a few days my cell minutes are adding up. Thanks!
