Desktop App not working on my PC

hi guys i need your help,

i install on my pc this software "Freephoneline-Setup_3_2_6", when i call to any number they can hear my voice, but i can't hear at all their voice on my pc in my speakers.

my pc connect with seperate speakers & Micro Phone to talk. so the microphone is working, because the other people is hearing when i call, but not the speaker working, to listen their sound.


if some one call to my freephoneline number i can hear RINGS on my speakers, when i ACCEPT thier call after this i can't hear their voice, but they can hear my voice clearly.

so i like to know how to fix this problem,.

Port forward the application ports inside your router to fix this problem your having.

hi there, thanks for your fast reply,

i already install the Desktop App, & i got Linksys wrt160N router.

as you said "Port forward the Application Port", so i like to know what is the Port of this Desktop Application i have to do, which number it is, please let me know some more details.

START PORT : 13000
END PORT : 13001
PROTOCAL : Both
To IP Address : I gave my pc wireless card IP Address here.

after doing this PORT FORWARDING , still i am unable to listen the voice of other caller.

please make me correct,.

currently i don't have my Device, i ordered already. so during this time untill received, i want to use Desktop App,

my problem is here when i call to others they can hear my voice, but i can't hear their voice at all.


so i tried "Port forward",

START PORT : 13000
END PORT : 13001
PROTOCAL : UDP
To IP Address : I gave my pc wireless card IP Address here,

after this all i still not get success, after spending over one week, still no luck.

hope any Experienced members help me out in this situation.

Have you tried rebooting PC after you open the ports on your router?

thanks for your reply,

i spend for this over one week on Desktop App, i reboot PC many times, after this i retry to call other people number, they can hear my voice, but i can't hear their voice on my PC speakers.

I did port forward properly in my router, but still nothing solve my problem.

Atleast one member help me out in this Desktop App, those who are successfully make a call both side voice heariable, i will be do the same as any successfull member did.

Yes, a bunch of us are having the same problem, with no resolution. I guess I won't be signing up for the paid service, that is for sure. Frustrating, isn't it? I thought I had finally found a good phone solution, but it doesn't work at all. So glad I tried it out before paying.
