Had a problem getting dial tone on 12/04/2013, receiving OOS tone. Dial tone problem resolved after about 1 hour, however when calling voice mail, received half burst of ring tone, followed by half burst of distorted ring tone, then nothing. This too resolved to OK after a period of time. Final problem, now unable to clear message waiting indicator and stutter dial tone. I think this may require a reset at the CO end.

Hi! Is it back to normal today?
If your still experiencing this problem now I suggest you to unplug your ATA device and re plug it back in after 45seconds to see if this stops the voice indicator from flashing.

No, the problem still exists. Did as you suggested, but indicator still not cleared. Accessed VM, no messages in queue, hung-up, went off hook again and still have stutter DT.

Problem is resolved. Just need a little extra time I guess.
