I have this couple second audio delay issue at the start of calls also. If I say hello right after picking the phone up - it doesn't get heard by the person calling... it leads to an awkward start to a phone conversation.. lol

ATA is Cisco SPA112 and my router is a Linksys WRT310N running DD-WRT... any tips to resolve this are appreciated!

Why would you give the link to a 2011 Firmware? Why not the latest 2013 firmware?

My number which is not running on my home network still have no dial tone when dialing out (specially to any cellular numbers)This number is running on virtual PBX. Now who are we going to blame ? :)
