Is FPL completely down now in Toronto?
Does anyone has the same problem due to FPL upgrade or ?? It was down from morning to now.

Confirming down also in Ottawa since very early this morning...
is someone working on this, just tried calling home and the voice mail pick up automatically, this means it doesn't ring in house?!?

Can you please try this suggestion to get line running again:
Please try to power off equipment- modem, router and ata for at least 15-20 minutes and connect again after 20 minutes starting with the modem.
Try testing the line(s) after this- should be ok.
Please let me know.
Note: Service is up and running with no issues.
