cannot buy credits online

Very frustrating that this problem still exists.
I can't buy credits for freephoneline online. I have tried in firefox and internet explorer.
I click on online store link: https://www.freephoneline.ca/onlineStore
and I keep getting this page: http://www.freephoneline.ca/login?page= ... ToPurchase asking for login credentials although on top right I can see my email and showing that I'm signed in.

Please close the internet explorer page and launch the browser again. Once you login, please navigate to account settings and update your e911 information. (and agree to the terms)

Try to visit online store after and let me know if issue is still present.
