Re: Nothing out or in
from my ATA:
Parameter Name Value
Status Register Failed: No Response From Server (server=208.65.240.44:5060; retry in 19s)
is that normal?
**************
from my freephoneline.ca setup:
ÉTAT DE VOTRE PROTOCOLE D’OUVERTURE DE SESSION (SIP)
Protocole d’ouverture de session (SIP): disconnected
is that normal?

Re: Nothing out or in
Ok, I did chance voip.freephoneline.ca to voip2.freephoneline.ca in my ATA and everything is fine.
Could someone confirm that there was a problem with voip.freephoneline.ca

Re: Nothing out or in
I just tested voip.freephoneline.ca; it seems to be working.
Check to be sure your device is configured as per the official guide: http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=16090 . In particular, make sure your RegistrationPeriod is set to 3600.
If the problem returns, try to change your X_UserAgentPort to 33608 while the problem is happening. If this solves the problem, it indicates the problem was caused by your router.

My X_UserAgentPort is at 5060. Should I change it to 33608?
Thanks

If the problem returns, change it while you are having the problem.
