No SIP Settings Showing
When I look at my SIP settings, it asks me to buy a new key. Can I no longer see my old key information?

Re: No SIP Settings Showing
Apart from double-checking that you are logging in with the right account, the only other thing left to do is send in a support ticket I'm afraid.
We can't check anything account related on the forum.
I've just checked on my account and the SIP settings are showing there, so it's unlikely a website glitch thing.
Now I think of it, I'm sure we had this come up before on the forum, and it was fixed by contacting them. I could be wrong though.
Is your device still connected?

Will open a ticket and will let you know how it go.

I did a search and I think this was the post I was thinking of.
It's a bit different from yours as there button was missing completely. By the sounds of it yours is there but not recognising you have bought the unlock key.

Let us know how you get on. These sorts of problems are good to know how they got sorted as others may come up with the same thing.

Yes, that would be my first concern: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=18764&p=73663#p73656.Jake wrote:Apart from double-checking that you are logging in with the right account
Also, if the FPL account has been migrated to Fongo Home Phone, no published SIP settings exist, and the VoIP unlock key would no longer exist: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=8164&p=80224#p80225.
Fongo Home Phone website login is separate from logging into FPL accounts: https://account.fongo.com/login/ is for Fongo Home Phone.
