I have the same problem also on my two lines of Quebec (418) and Montreal (514).

Hey... Same problem... insufficient yadda yadda... incoming and outgoing. Don't have the ATA device just the softphone. Anyone hear anything back yet? :D

Yes! :D

Calls to my paid FPL numbers are working now.

However, when I call my friend's FPL 647-367-xxxx softphone, I hear a busy tone.

I hope this will be resolved next as I need to call her. ;)

I just tried calling my FPL # and am getting a new error now, "The user you are trying to reach is unavailable" and then a fast busy signal.... :(

Incoming calls are okay, but still cannot call out. still get the insufficient funds message.

Incoming is working on 514. ok

But still have error try to go outgoing , Message "insuficiant fund"

Called Tech Support of FPL. They are working on the problem and they said that it should be working soon.

Yeah, incoming works, but not for outgoing tried dialing from 416 area code to both 647 and 416 area codes, don't work. Get the "Your account balance is insufficient to place this call". Great to hear that it's being worked on. Definately not a slow day for FPL... Hope all is well soon!

Same thing here (Montreal). Incoming calls now work, but outgoing ones are giving me the "Insufficient funds" message.

Incoming appears to be resolved completely, however we're still having troubles with outgoing calling - Please watch this thread for an update, I will provide one ASAP.
