Yes , Both : incoming and Outgoing is working for Montreal...

We have posted an announcement to summarize what happened for those of you who were affected. I will lock this topic and channel all further correspondence about this interruption to the announcement topic.

The inbound calling was resolved shortly after 10am, and the remaining outbound issues were resolved shortly after 11am.
