Today when trying to purchase the $50 VOIP Unlock Key I received the following message "Error: IP country match invalid. Please call the Call Center to make a purchase." I have internet with Acanac in Toronto Ontario Canada.
I then tried again and received the same message. I also tried while tethering from my I-phone and I got a message that maximum attempt made.

The IP range you have might not be considered traditional CAN IP. Try power cycling your modem and router and try again. If your phone was on wifi, it would have had the same IP base range (although some of the octets would have been different, it would have still been in the same pocket.
