SPA3102 busy tone.

Hi,

I have an SPA3102 with a PFL number registered to it.
It shows connected on the FPL "DESKTOP APP SETTINGS" page but when I call the FPL number it gives me a busy line.

Any help is appreciated.

Port forwarding is something you will have to have knowledge of, with the right ports configured inside your router your home phone will work as expected.
