Voicemail Still Not Working

Just signed up for FPL 3 days ago. Voicemail on the softphone has never worked. It keeps saying "Please hang up and try your call again." I was thinking of getting the ATA but I dont know how reliable this service will be as my only home phone line...

The VM is best reached using *98. If this is what you are using, perhaps call our tech support and provide your number so that we can find out why this error is occuring. There should be no reason it does this.
