software installation problem

i used to have the software working but suddenly the application stopped and alla i can have is this:

i reinstalled many times and i cant have it to work even t disabeled my firewall and antivirus, ny suggestion please

Any special software notes that we should know of? Ie. are you running any sort of window modifier, skinning application, or anything that may alter the way a window is rendered?

I've tested the app on Vista x86 and x64 at home and it worked. We just stuck it on a few computers in the office here today and it seems to be working fine for us too.

Looks like your FPL Client crashed, can you sent us the error log thats located in the system file of the software phone?

WinXP :
