Soft Client doesn't pass DTMF tones after connect

The soft client doesn't seem to pass the DTMF tone for # once a connection is made, if/when I attempt to retrieve my messages from another provider's Octel voicemail platform where # is required for the user to access the mailbox. I can hear the soft client generating the # tone locally (headset) but the Octel doesn't seem to receive the tone. I know it's not the voicemail platform because calls placed from cellular or traditional wireline telephones work fine.

Bug is fixed with the new version of softphone, unfortunately there have been some new bugs that have developed after this release that will be fixed with the NEXT release along with a lot of new features to the website and software.
