Any one experience Voice Mail outage?

Any one experience Voice Mail outage?
My voice mail was working fine before but has been working since May 17. The prompt says "that account does not exsit". So it's not the setup of my ATA. Any one can help? Thanks!!

Yep, today..I received a call from an employer via the 289 FPL number on my resume and [thanks to the call logs still working] they told me that the voice mail system didn't
click in.

Again, two calls incoming on the 20th. One incoming today on the 25th at 09:50 didn't go to voicemail or get recorded according to callers that emailed me.
