Local area coming up not local after this weekend

Sutton Ontario (905-722-xxxx) should be covered but any time i try and call as of today (maybe yesterday, I know for sure it was working friday) it comes up saying 'This call is not covered by your tariff plan'

the termination point is local to newmarket and is listed on your PDF file as being covered.

Blackdove is right. Just wanted to check it out and called 2 random Sutton numbers (905-722-XXXX) and got the message. Although I don't know where Sutton is I did check the On-net areas and there are 2 Sutton mentionned. I called from my FPL Ottawa # (613-366-XXXX).

I actually became aware of this issue this afternoon and I'm working on isolating it as soon as possible and resolving it just as quickly; could you all PM me with the following filled out:

SUBJECT: Tariff Plan Log

FPL#:
Calling Number (Incoming):
Called Number (Outgoing):

You can have as many examples as you want, but of course having 5 examples all from the same area will only count as one

Worked fine until a few days ago.
