I'm able to make outgoing calls, but when someone tries to call me, it will either go right into voicemail or give them a "fast busy tone".
Any suggestions?
Incoming calls go right to voicemail or ring busy?

1) Has the service worked in the past?
2) Are you using the softphone or an ATA?
3) Are all the UDP ports in your router forwarded correctly? (assuming you have a router in your setup)
4) Is follow-me enabled?

1) Yes, the service has worked great in the past, it's only been this morning that I've noticed this problem.
2) I'm using the softphone
3) All router settings are configured correctly.
4) Follow-me is usually disabled, but even when enabling it, the incoming call would just be dropped or given a "fast busy signal".
FYI: The issue seems to have gone away in the last few hours, but if it happens again, I'm hoping there is a way to solve the problem quickly.

Looks like the admin reset some settings on your account earlier after we first started talking - that would explain why it seemed to just start working for you (I was just a little back-logged on responding here). Shouldn't happen again!EP2009 wrote:Hi Steve, mindabsence wrote:1) Has the service worked in the past?

This problem is still happening for me.
It looks like FPL works about 10% of the time for me, I can't get any incoming calls without it getting a fast busy signal.
