Very low volume using ATA.

Been using my FPL for a while and people always complain about the volume when Im talking to them. Im using a Sipura 2102. Recently I added another voip provider to the same adapter and phone calls made using the second line sound normal, but when I use FPL 99% of the times people ask me to speak louder as they can barely hear me.

Any ideas?

Try adjusting the FSX gain setting, I believe this is on the Line 1 configuration tab of the ATA

I dont see the option in any of the menus. I went one by one, and could not find it.

Any other ideas?

It should be fxs port gain, under the Miscellaneous subsection of the Regional Tab - I had misinformed Steve

Thanks. I found it and changed the input to 1 (instead of -3). Will test and report later on.
