FollowMe does not work

FollowMe doesn't work.

FollowMe Mode set to Always/Forward
Seconds until voicemail set to 10
Followme phone number is my cell#, Number of seconds set to 10

Anyone calling my assigned freephoneline.ca number is sent directly to freephoneline.ca voicemail.

Try changing the Seconds until voicemail to 30
And the FollowMe number of seconds to 72

ok, changed seconds until voicemail to 30 and followme # of seconds to 72. Everyone still gets sent directly to voicemail.

Maybe I'll try again in a few months, after some of the major bugs are shaken out.

Are you using the software phone or an ATA?

Make sure your firewall is allowing the software to connect, and ports 13,000 & 13,001 open on your router.

I'm not using any phone: I have FollowMe Mode set to Always/Forward. The idea is that all calls to my freeoneline # are forwarded immediately to my cell #. This is how I use Google Voice for my American cell#. Wanted the same setup for my Canadian cell#.

anverse, your cell number is located in Sault Ste Marie which is unfortunately a rate center that we do not cover - Essentially, there is no path to your cell phones destination so you're always going to hit voicemail when you use that number to forward to.
