Error retrieving SIP data from servers

This morning when I clicked on the "Followme Settings" tab on the web portal I get the following error message:

Error retrieving SIP data from servers

When I click the "ok" button on the error message, the followme settings are set to "Never" and I cannot change it. When I try to change it, I get the same error message again.

Please help.
