cannot uninstall old version of sofphone

I try to uninstall but it says "the feature you are trying to use is on a net work resource that is unavailable"
the reason I need to uninstall is I face the same problem if I want to update....cannot find the install source

how can I do?

Did you install the softphone to a location other than c:\program files ?
