Registration Problems

Post by Ramjet555a »

On April 9, 2014 I noticed my FPL stopped getting calls.
It took support a day or so to get get to me and it turned out I had a host of
wrong settings that needed changing.

The WORD document of settings for Linksys PAP2 is excellent.

Well, it works for me without serious problems, therefore your statement is incorrect! Yay!

Free Phone Line will not allow more than one Free Phone Line to be forwarded to another line such as your cell.
I am aware of this a long time ago and I'm fine with that because I don't need to forward more than one FPL number to another line! Yay again! If your needs are different, like if you want to set up a call center, you should look elsewhere. :P

They put a block on this right from the start as they has problems with people setting up numbers all around Canada and forwarding it to one number (as a call centre for example).

One thing you might consider is daisy chaining the numbers which should work, but how effective that works out for you all depends on how you use the numbers .
