Hi LiptonBrisk,

Thank you for the quick reply. I had a feeling it might be the modem/router but wasn't sure what mode to put it into. I still have the old router so I will try to put the modem into bridge mode and set that up again.

My phone is not working since last one month. I have sent the request almost every day. Fongo team send me back the generic email about the ticket #. No one called me back and nor fix the issue. I am helpless how I can reach anyone to fix the problem. Is there anyone who can help or give any number to reach for help

If you want help, you're going to have to provide a lot more information than you have, including
