Hi everyone,
I need some help. Before I had an SPA-3102 and the FPL call waiting was working perfectly, But my ATA died and I had to change it.
So now I have a Grandstream HT-702 (FW 1.0.6.1) and since I installed it the call waiting fonction doesn't work anymore. I can switch the line, hear the other person, but he/she cannot hear me.
What I did:
tried to update to last FW (didn't fix the problem)
reset the config and follow to the letter the Fongo HT-701 device config pdf (dind't fix it)
Any suggestions?

Re: Call waiting problem
With more troubleshooting with FW 1.0.6.1
If I configure the NAT to keep alive as per Fongo pdf and I try to take a second call it drop the first one and the I can't hear or talk to the second call...
if configure to the new NAT UPNP it does a similar problem than with previous FW, I can switch the line, I hear the other person, but they can't hear me...
So it seem to be a configuration problem... anyone know the right configuration?

Re: Call waiting problem
FOUND THE SOLUTION
to any one with the same problem
ATA HT-702 configugation must be set to:
NAT Traversal: UPNP
all other configuration must be like the fongo pdf in the device section
And your router must be set to:
-UPnP Enable
-SIP ALG Disable
