Hello All,
My phone is working now. Causing the problem was the new hitron CGN3ACR modem from roger's. Thank you all for your suggestions.

I have exactly the same problem. Did you get your router changed from rogers?

yes i downgraded my router back to the CGN3 modem/router. I think the new roger's modem is not compatible with the spa112 ATA. Just my opinion.
