"network status:ip not available. reason: 00"?
can't make or take phone calls since this afternoon suddenly. the light of phone jack on my obi100 blinked during last couple of hours couple of times, very briefly. no light on phone jack now. is the network down or just me? just bought $10 credits yesterday, please help.

This issue has nothing to do with Freephoneline.
If you hear this announcement and the power LED is blinking green, that means OBi can not get IP from your router.
Power cycle your router, and verify the Ethernet cable is securely connected and you are seeing a link light on the router port where your OBi connects to.
Once your OBi has link, it will restart. After restart, the power LED should show solid green.
Make sure that you see power LED shows solid GREEN. Then try to call **9 222 222 222 to reach the OBi echo test. This needs to work first.

thank you very much, Liptonbrisk. my bad. it was one of my naughty cats pulled out the cable out and I didn't notice it until you reminded me. my cables are a mess behind computers. sorry for false alarm.
