hi, i am using FPL for several years and it was good, recently (last months), when i have a call, the other person often told me that they cannot hear me well (cuts) althougth i increased my internet speed .
Any suggestions ?

Do you know which FPL server you are connected to?
I noticed the voice cutting off on FPL1 server starting about last week. I switched to FPL2 and it resolves the issue.
@FPL staff, Is (or was) there an issue with the FPL1 server?

I just checked and I am unable to find any issues with voip.freephoneline.ca
I have switched Billing line to voip.freephoneline.ca and no one in Billing reported any issues while talking to the customers.
