World credit limit

I went to add world credits and only had a $5 option, I recall seeing a $10 and $20 option before. Anyway to add these options back?

I think you have to contact them for anything over $5. I think they had some problems with a few people and had to take the higher limits off the automated thing.

Can one reload twice (of $5 each) to get $10 in the "bank"?

Alternatively, one can select the auto-reload option.
