Hi
Couldn't connect yesterday and today.
Today this morning it was connected but it is offline again.

It would be helpful if you stated which server you were using. I did test all of them, and all of them are responding to SIP.
Please verify that your device is configured as per the official guide: http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=16294 . In particular, make sure your Register Expires is set to 3600, and your Proxy is set to voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060.
Next time you observe the problem happening, please try to change your ATA's SIP Port to 63224, while the problem is happening. Save, reboot, and see if that solves the problem. If so, the problem is caused by your router. Perhaps we can solve it permanently by adjusting timeouts.
Let us know how things go.

Re: can't connect to login server - since Oct 8 2015
Hi thanks for the quick reply
I have 2 lines and i am on rogers. I know about the voip4.freephoneline.ca and the ports.
But this is my setup and the last time it was changed was about a year when i switched to rogers.
Line 1:
voip.freephoneline.ca
Port: 5060
Register expires: 120
Line 2:
voip.freephoneline.ca
Port: 6060
Register expires: 120
As i was typing in this, i tried the register expires on line 2 to 3600, Line 1 came online but line 2 was still off.
So i switched line 1 to 3600 anyways and it is off too now.
So then i switched both of them back to my original 120.
I will checkout the guide and compare again.
I will check my router logs and shut down and restart Modem, Router, Linksys PAP2T
I been with freephoneline since 2011.
Last time this happened, it was my router. Now I have the Asus RT-AC68U - hope this is not dying on me but i doubt it. No issues with any other network devices.
will let you know
thanks

Register Expires must be set to 3600. The short expiry of 120 is surely causing your problem. Please set back to 3600, unplug your ATA, and leave it unplugged for one hour to allow temporary bans to clear. Then try again.

Re: can't connect to login server - since Oct 8 2015
I set them on 3600 before i shut down and restarted everything.
Line 2 came online - with voip.freephoneline.ca:6060
Line 1 did not come online - i had it set to voip4.freephoneline.ca:5050
I changed Line 1 to voip.freephoneline.ca to see but no luck..
I am unplugging the box like you said and will try later.
I am leaving line 1 to voip4.freephoneline.ca and line 2 to voip.freephoneline.ca
thanks again
I will report back when i connect it back later

The correct server names are:
voip.freephoneline.ca
voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060
voip.freephoneline.ca
voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060
