Some call are going directly to voice mail without rining ??

I'm a new user of FPC,

Last night I was waiting for a phone call and found this morning it has gone directly to voice mail without ringing, so I missed an important call. :cry:

In the call log there was this "error" under Disconnect reason: "Unallocated (unassigned) number" :?: :?: :?:

I can make any call without problems and most of the time I receive calls but since I'm a new user with your service I want to be sure to receive ALL my important calls

What can I do to prevent this from happening ?

The only thing is telemarketers that are blocked in "Cfwd Sel1 Caller: 5144478378,115144478378".

There is no other calls forwarding about the caller that was directed to my voice mail and even less DND since I receive most call.

I'm not new with the PAP2T and VOIP I'm with FPL since a few days but before I was with another VOIP provider since many years.

If you need any other information from me just ask I will be happy to provide it so you can help me with the issue more easily

Hi,

You need to delete those 2 numbers from CFW

I think your ata is compromised.

Either do that or reset PAP2T to factory defaults and reconfigure it.

There is nothing wrong with your account at the back end.

It's me that put those numbers from telemarketers to send them to the voicemail there is nothing wrong with it.

I have another account on the first line with another VOIP provider and everything is fine so there is nothing wrong with the PAP2T unless FPL need some special settings ?
