I can't hear anything when the incoming call is from Cell

I just ordered the sip and input the sip information into the Cisco SPA112. I have trouble hear all the incoming calls from cell phone. There is no problem when the incoming calls from voip phone.

Note: I have updated the latest firmware to the SPA112.
