So, as the heading says, Is there any way to download Freephoneline call logs? I can't see any way to do it...

No. There's no option available via the web portal.

Some devices, Obihai 2xx and 3xx series ATAs for example, store call logs (up to 400 entries) that can be downloaded as XML files.
