When call to Freephoneline - any call going to SETUP VOICEMAIL menu ("You have no messages... BLABLABLA..." form any phone number). Even nothing connected to account.
I belive that is server settings we have no control, whom to contact? Any idea?

I would also check that there is nothing in your follow me settings online.
If you have the unlock key, see which device is registered to the account and make sure it is one you recognise.
