Hi,
No setting has been changed on the ATA or router and everything was working fine since about 1yr.
When I make a call, it said "This account is not valid", it don't seems to be a problem with my ATA because my softphone is configured to test the line and is giving the same message.
When I receive a call, it's not ringing on my phone and on the other it's ringing 4-5 times until it says the same message "This account number is not valid".
I'm in Quebec, Canada

If your SIP username (refers to the SIP User ID in the ATA) is incorrect in the ATA, you'll hear, "This account number is not valid", provided no FPL account with that username exists.
So if nothing changed in your ATA, that message suggests the FPL account doesn't exist.
Your SIP username is found after logging in at https://www.freephoneline.ca/showSipSettings.
SIP username starts with 1.
