Is there anyway to shut this feature off, so i can use my own MOH Feature in my WP820 Grandstream Cordless?
Maybe a * Feature?

I don't have your IP phone to test. However, Obihai ATA and Obihai IP Phone users have an MOHServiceNumber option, which allows them to use third party services for MOH:
