Hey everyone,
I opened a new account and am just using my number (ported from landline) to send voicemails to email. I do not have a physical set up (no ATA), no desktop app at the moment.
When someone calls my number, it goes straight to voicemails (no rings even though it's set to two) and it does indeed let someone leave a voicemail.
The voicemails NEVER get sent to my email. VM settings is set to FWD.
Am I missing something
Thanks!

Re: Voicemails NOT going to email
Mine are currently being forwarded as far as I know.
Have they ever worked for you?
I would double check the email address you have set.
Maybe try changing your setting to copy, and then see if you get the emails. You should also get the recording show up here https://www.freephoneline.ca/mailbox

That’s normal. It doesn’t matter how many rings you set if a device isn’t registering your FPL credentials.phillyfaibs wrote: I do not have a physical set up (no ATA), no desktop app at the moment.

Incoming calls will go directly to voicemail.
In addition to what Jake wrote, check your online webmail spam folder.
Voicemail services have a "degraded performance" status at the moment based on https://status.fongo.com/.
However, the reason for that status is not due to voicemail to email not working.
"Identified - Voicemail Services - Mailbox Full Error
Identified - For some users, the calling party is unable to leave a voice message because their mailbox is full for Fongo Mobile, Fongo Home Phone, Fongo Works, or FreePhoneLine. We are currently working on this issue and we will provide an update as soon as possible.

Regardless, if you feel you have configured everything properly (after checking your spam folders) then submit a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Choose "my account inquiry" for the final issue type.
Lastly, and this is unrelated to your problem, but I would encourage you to familiarize yourself with Freephoneline's account deletion policy: https://support.freephoneline.ca/hc/en- ... t-deleted-.

Thanks everyone. They came in eventually. It was just super delayed.
