Trouble changing account email

I'm trying to change the email address that I log in with to my Freephoneline account.

Looks simple enough: Under "Account Settings" it shows the current email address, then my contact number (my Freephoneline number), then a box for my password.

When I replace the current email address with the desired phone number, enter my password and hit "Submit", I get the error message, "The other phone number can not be a Freephoneline number."

I don't know what this "other phone number" is; I only have the one phone number, and it's my Freephoneline number. That's the number that appears in the "Contact number" field automatically. I didn't put it in there.

How do I change the email I use to login to my Freephoneline account?

The phone number field located after logging in at https://www.freephoneline.ca/updateAccountDetails is supposed to be a contact number other than your Freephoneline number, such as a cell phone number.

If you require assistance with this restriction, you will need to submit a ticket: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Choose "my account inquiry" for the final issue type.
