[Resolved] Grandstream HT802 Inbound Caller Name

Recently setup Freephoneline on Grandstream HT802(1.0.27.2), everything works fine, except got caller number displayed on the phone.

Is it possible to display inbound caller name instead of phone number?

FPL doesn't do CNAM (CallerID Name) lookups. Unless CNAM is being sent by the call provider, which often is not the case with cellular calls, only the phone numbers are going to appear. CNAM lookups cost money, and for a one time fee for VoIP unlock keys, FPL isn't going to do CNAM lookups.

If the originating service provider sends CNAM info, FPL will display it. You can test with Fongo Mobile to FPL calls or FPL to FPL calls. CNAM will appear.
