No Incoming calls go to VM without ringing

I have free phone line for 10 years. I never had this issue before. Outgoing calls works fine but when some try to call me it directly goes into VM without ringing. I tried voip, voip2 and voip4 same result with all. any help would be appriciated

FPL has been working fine for me for 11 years.

Device registration is required for incoming calls to work.
