You posted in someone's unrelated thread from last month. I moved your post.

I had no issues this morning and nor did anyone I configure FPL lines for.
If you require help, click viewtopic.php?f=8&t=20199#p78975 and provide the requested information.
For step 5,
Dial ***1
Enter the IP address you're told into your web browser. Login to your ATA.
Navigate to Status>SP(FPL) Service Status-->Status
The next time you have a similar issue, provide the information shown.
Refer to pages 45 to 46 from the PDF guide found at the bottom of the first post from viewtopic.php?f=15&t=18805#p73839 with respect to changing to a new random X_UserAgentPort in the event of a registration issue.

Also, when you do encounter an issue, refer to the WINMTR section on page 16 to see if you can reach the proxy server you're using without a lot of jitter and ping spikes.
Please do not send me emails; I do not work for nor represent Freephoneline or Fongo. Post questions on the forums so that others may learn from responses or assist you. Thank you. If you have an issue with your account or have a billing issue, submit a ticket here: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Visit http://status.fongo.com/ to check FPL/Fongo service status. Freephoneline setup guides can be found at viewforum.php?f=15.
