I'm seeing a problem around 2:27 p.m. EST on January 19th when message was left. Email wasn't received from porta-sip by ktc235a-porta-6mwsgx1.fibernetics.ca until 3:10 p.m.

43 minute delay.

Fongo is aware of the problem and has updated the switch vendor ticket.

You're welcome.

For what it's worth, I believe Fongo is working diligently to try to get this problem resolved with the switch vendor. Apparently, there's a lot of back-and-forth correspondence occurring.

Voicemails left in the afternoon (2, 3pm) are arriving in both voicemail and email right away. Confused as to why the call from a known caller was marked in email as *SPAM*, though...

Spam classification is performed by your email provider, email program, or antivirus/security product.
That has nothing to do with FPL.

I’m not sure if the voicemail delay problem is fixed. I hope it is. I haven’t been testing.
