[Resolved] Voicemail notification by email

Hi,

I got 3 voice mails on my freephonline last sunday (13-Mar-2022) and I got 0 email notification ( It did work before - I also verified spam folder and nothing is in there ).

Has anyone else experienced this issue ?

I tested right now. Email was received almost immediately.
Next time this happens, login at https://www.freephoneline.ca/mailbox to see whether any voicemail is listed.

Are you experiencing the problem right now? I’m not, but I didn’t test on Sunday.

Login at https://www.freephoneline.ca/voicemailSettings. Check your voicemail to email setting.

It worked fine since last couple of days.

I just restested and also changed email from yahoo to gmail and I got the email notification almost right away.

I tested sending email to my yahoo and I received them all. So I know that my yahoo email is working. Also I do receive a lot of emails in this yahoo email almost every days.

So it must be specific to freephoneline and yahoo ; but it did work last week.

I'll be using my gmail for voice mail notification for now.

Perhaps there was an issue on Sunday (I don’t know).

If you go through this thread, there was an issue during peak times, but I was under the impression that the problem was resolved:
viewtopic.php?f=8&t=20292.

Since you indicate the problem is fixed for you by switching to gmail, I will mark this thread as "Resolved".
